What You're Carrying

You're still leading from a season that ended.

The environment changed. The title changed. Maybe the organization changed entirely. But the patterns that formed in that season — the vigilance, the second-guessing, the quiet question of "did something break in me?" — those didn't leave when the season did.

Most leaders do one of two things with that. They push through it. Or they spend years quietly managing it. Neither one actually frees them from it.

You're capable — and you're exhausted by how hard capable still feels. You know something shifted in you. You're not sure if it shifted back. You lead well in public. The weight lives in private. You've prayed about it. You've processed it. It's still there.

This isn't a mindset problem. It's a formation problem. And formation requires a different kind of container.

The Pattern in Scripture

God has always formed leaders in the middle of the story.

Not around the hard seasons. Not after them. Inside them. The leaders Scripture holds up as examples of authority all passed through a formation arc that looked, from the outside, like it was going wrong.

Joseph. The pit and the prison before the palace.
Moses. Forty years in the wilderness before the burning bush.
David. The anointing in the field before the throne.
"Be transformed by the renewing of your mind."
Romans 12:2

None of them skipped the middle. The seasons that felt like falling apart were never interruptions to their leadership. They were the formation process. The Chrysalis Cohort is built on that same pattern — because it's still true.

A monarch butterfly chrysalis hanging from a branch, backlit with golden light — the moment of transformation
Why Chrysalis

The first thing that cracks inside the chrysalis is the exoskeleton — at the head.

"Be transformed by the renewing of your mind." Romans 12:2 isn't a metaphor. It's biology. Transformation in the chrysalis doesn't begin in the middle of the caterpillar. It begins at the head. The hard outer shell — the exoskeleton — cracks there first.

Only then does the dissolving begin. The parts that cannot survive the transformation are broken down. The parts that were always present — the blueprint God placed inside the formation — begin to take shape.

What emerges is not a reorganized version of what went in. It is something that could only be formed through the process of dissolution and reformation.

That's what we're cooperating with in six weeks. Not managing what the hard season produced. Allowing God to dissolve what can't stay — and reform what was always meant to emerge.

You are somewhere on this arc.

The Cohort meets you there.

E
Egypt What the season built — and what it cost.
X
Exodus The rupture that felt like failure. It was directional.
C
Chrysalis The threshold. Where intentional transformation begins.
M
Monarch Leading from identity. The formation was never wasted.
What the Chrysalis Cohort Is

A biblical formation container. Not a coaching program.

This is not a curriculum you complete. It is a process you move through — with a guide who has been through it, in a community of leaders who are in it alongside you. The teaching comes from Scripture. The application is personal. The formation is real.

This is —

  • Explicitly biblical — Caitlin teaches directly from Scripture, not around it.
  • Group-based with personal depth — you are not a number in a cohort. You are a leader in formation.
  • Structured around the Monarch Framework™ PATH — Egypt, Exodus, Chrysalis, Monarch.
  • A safe container for the weight you've been carrying alone.
  • Open to leaders at any stage of the arc — you don't have to have it figured out to enter.

This is not —

  • A business strategy program. That work belongs in the Mentorship container.
  • Therapy. If clinical needs surface, Caitlin will refer you to the right support — that's a boundary, not a judgment.
  • A program you have to be a theologian to join. You don't have to have the language. You just have to be open to the framework.
  • A quick fix. Six weeks is a beginning. The formation continues.

A note on faith: You don't have to be a believer to join the Chrysalis Cohort. But Caitlin will be teaching biblical frameworks straight from Scripture. The framework is explicitly Christian. If that's not a fit, this is not the right container — and that's okay.

Four-panel formation visual showing the Monarch Framework PROCESS stages: Reclaim, Remember, Rooted, Rise
Six Weeks · The PROCESS

Reclaim. Remember. Rooted. Rise.

Each week is a stage of the formation arc — not a lesson to complete, but a layer to move through. The six weeks are structured around the four stages of the Monarch Framework™ PROCESS.

Week 1 · Reclaim

Naming What the Season Built

Before you can move forward, you have to see clearly what you've been carrying. This week, you name the beliefs, behaviors, and patterns that formed in the hard season — without judgment, without rushing past them.

Week 2 · Reclaim

The Diagnostic: Owner, Survivor, Steward

The Monarch Framework™ Diagnostic reveals which posture is driving your leadership right now. This week, you learn to read your own patterns — and begin to understand why you've been operating from survival.

Week 3 · Remember

Who You Were Before the Hard Season

The hard season didn't create you. It revealed you — and sometimes covered you. This week, you go back before the wound and recover what was always true about your leadership identity.

Week 4 · Remember

The Entrustment Pattern

God's pattern of formation is not random. This week, you study the Entrustment Pattern in Scripture — the way God assigns authority, tests stewardship, and expands capacity. You'll see your own story in it.

Week 5 · Rooted

Building the Foundation That Holds

Rooted is not about being unmoved. It's about knowing what you're anchored to when everything moves. This week, you establish the identity anchors that will hold your leadership through the next season.

Week 6 · Rise

Leading from Identity, Not Survival

The final week is not a graduation. It's a threshold. You've done the formation work — now you learn to lead from what emerged. This week, you articulate your leadership identity and step into the Monarch stage.

Each week includes a live teaching session, a formation exercise using the Monarch Framework™ tools, and community integration — so the work doesn't stay in your head.

Caitlin Harris — Founder of Kingdom CEO Leadership and creator of the Monarch Framework™
About the Guide

Caitlin Harris has been through the chrysalis. She didn't skip it.

Caitlin Harris is the founder of Kingdom CEO Leadership and the architect of the Monarch Framework™ — a biblical leadership formation system built from her own experience of moving through Egypt, Exodus, and Chrysalis before she had language for any of it.

She spent years leading from survival before she understood what she was doing. The Diagnostic she now teaches came out of her own reckoning with the difference between an Owner, a Survivor, and a Steward — and the recognition that she had been operating as all three at different points.

The Chrysalis Cohort is not a program she designed from the outside. It is the container she wished had existed when she was in the middle of her own formation arc. She built it because the process is real, the framework is sound, and leaders in the chrysalis need a guide who has been there — not one who is teaching from theory.

She is also the author of The Kingdom CEO Shift and Kingdom CEO Leadership, and the creator of the VoiceMark™ Identity Profile — a proprietary messaging and identity tool for leaders in formation.

From the Formation

What leaders say after moving through the process.

I came in thinking I needed a strategy. What I got was a mirror. Caitlin doesn't let you stay comfortable in your own narrative — but she's not harsh about it. She just keeps asking the question until you see it yourself. By week three, I understood why I'd been leading from fear for two years. That's not something a business coach gives you.
Rachel M. Nonprofit Executive Director
I kept calling it a hard season, but I didn't actually know what I was in. The PATH framework gave me language for something I'd been living without words for. Egypt. Exodus. Chrysalis. I was in the middle of Exodus and didn't know it — which meant I was fighting the process instead of cooperating with it. The Cohort changed that.

Common Questions

What leaders ask before joining.

Do I have to be a Christian to join the Chrysalis Cohort? +

You don't have to be a believer to join. But Caitlin teaches directly from Scripture — not around it. The framework is explicitly Christian. If that's not a fit, this is not the right container, and that's okay. There's no version of this that removes the biblical foundation.

What's the difference between the Chrysalis Cohort and the Mentorship? +

The Chrysalis Cohort is a formation container — it addresses identity, belief patterns, and the internal architecture of your leadership. The Mentorship is a business and systems container — it addresses messaging, delivery, and operational infrastructure. Some leaders do both, in sequence. The Cohort is the right starting point if you're in a hard season or in transition and need to do the formation work first.

What does "founding cohort" mean? +

The founding cohort is the first group of leaders to move through the Chrysalis Cohort in its current form. The $297 rate is a founding rate — it will not be offered again. When the Cohort reopens, the investment increases. Joining the waitlist now secures your founding rate.

I'm not in a hard season right now. Is this still for me? +

The Chrysalis Cohort is designed for leaders who are in — or have recently come through — a season of disruption, transition, or identity pressure. If things are stable and you're not feeling the weight of the arc, the Cohort may not be the right timing. The Mentorship or the VoiceMark™ Identity Profile may be a better fit. If you're unsure, reach out before joining the waitlist.

What is the Monarch Experience app? +

The Monarch Experience app is a formation tool in development — designed to extend the work of the Chrysalis Cohort beyond the six weeks. Leaders who join the founding cohort will receive early access at launch at no additional cost. More details will be shared with the cohort as development progresses.

What is the time commitment each week? +

Each week includes one live teaching session (approximately 60–75 minutes), a formation exercise using the Monarch Framework™ tools, and community integration. The total weekly time investment is approximately 2–3 hours, depending on how deeply you engage with the formation exercises.

The Invitation

Not completion.
A marked beginning.

The season that formed you was not wasted. The patterns it produced are not permanent. And the authority you were always meant to carry has not been disqualified by what you've been through.

The Chrysalis Cohort is six weeks of cooperating with what God has already been doing.
