This Fulfillment & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Kingdom CEO Leadership website ("Site"), operated by Lighthouse Business Consulting Solutions, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as Kingdom CEO Leadership ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

This Policy is incorporated by reference into, and should be read in conjunction with, our Website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

1.1 Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically. Access is typically provided immediately upon successful payment via:

  • Download link,

  • Portal access, and/or

  • Email delivery.

If you do not receive access within thirty (30) minutes of purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder and then contact [email protected] for assistance.

1.2 No Refunds on Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all digital product sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once access is granted.

Access is deemed granted once delivery is made available, whether or not the digital product is downloaded, opened, or used.

2. PROGRAMS, SERVICES & MEMBERSHIPS

2.1 Access & Delivery

Access to programs, memberships, or services is provided as described at checkout and in any applicable service agreement or addendum.

2.2 Cancellations

For subscription-based offerings, you may cancel future billing at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for payments already made. Cancellation must occur before the next billing date to avoid additional charges.

Refund eligibility, if any, for programs or services is governed by the applicable agreement and not by this Policy.

3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (IF APPLICABLE)

3.1 Fulfillment

Company is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier errors, or loss once a physical product is in transit.

Physical products, when offered, will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping timelines and methods will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

3.2 Exchanges & Replacements

We will replace or exchange physical products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and may require photo documentation.

3.3 Refunds for Physical Products

Refunds for physical products are not guaranteed and are issued only on a case-by-case basis at Company’s discretion.

4. PAYMENT INFORMATION

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Accepted payment methods may include major credit cards and other payment options as displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors, including Stripe.
